Richard L Reed, Jr Joins HF&G

Hornberger Fuller & Garza Incorporated proudly announces that Richard L Reed, Jr has joined the firm as an Associate. Richard is a native of San Antonio, earning a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he Co-Authored an article for St. Mary’s Law Journal and served as the Student Bar Association liaison to the State Bar of Texas.

As a member of HF&G’s Transaction Practice Group, Mr. Reed brings extensive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, review and risk analysis. He will concentrate his practice on the representation of developers, assisting clients with all aspects of real estate development. His expertise will guide clients from acquisition through financing and construction, from leasing to property disposition.

Recently listed as a 2017 Best San Antonio Lawyer by SA Scene Magazine, Mr. Reed is also a member of the San Antonio Bar Association Real Estate Section, the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. He is also Co-Chair of the San Antonio Zoo Fund-A-Need Committee, as well as a member of the Texas Deer Association.

With the addition of Mr. Reed, HF&G has seventeen lawyers practicing in the areas of trust and estates (including related litigation), business and partnerships, energy and natural resources, real estate and litigation.
