Morales Earns Board Certification

Eduardo Morales, a member of the Trusts and Estate group at HFG, has earned Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Only about 10% of attorneys in Texas earn Board Certification through a rigorous and thorough process which includes a minimum of five years of practice with three years of substantial involvement in an area of law, continuing legal education course requirements, multiple professional references, and passing a comprehensive, daylong, examination in the specialty area.

Mr. Morales focuses his practice on tax and probate law including income tax and estate planning for domestic and international persons, trust and estate administration, trust and estate litigation and business transactions.

Mr. Morales has been recognized professionally as San Antonio’s Best Lawyers: Estate Planning and Probate by Scene in S.A. in 2009, 2011 and 2014.
