Fry Earns Board Certification
Elizabeth Fry, a member of the Trusts and Estate group at HFG, has earned Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Only about 10% of attorneys in Texas earn Board Certification through a rigorous and thorough process which includes a minimum of five years of practice with three years of substantial involvement in an area of law, continuing legal education course requirements, multiple professional references, and passing a comprehensive, daylong, examination in the specialty area.
Ms. Fry’s practice is devoted to matters involving trust and estate planning and administration, including the drafting of wills and trusts, estate, generation skipping and gift tax planning, asset protection, business planning and choice of entity.
Ms. Fry is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and has authored several papers related to estate and trust law.
