Featured Speaker for the Trust and Estate Forum

HFG&C shareholder Jed Williams was a featured speaker for the October 12, 2021 Trust and Estate Forum presented by the Wealth Management and Trust Division of the Texas Bankers Association. This program offered high-level presentations and discussions on current issues facing leaders in the trust arena. From trust and regulatory developments to staying competitive, this program offered timely content along with continuing education credits and senior-level peer interactions. Jed presented a “Caselaw Update” and provided attendees with summaries and analysis of recent significant cases involving Trust and Estate Law decided by the Texas Supreme Court and intermediate courts of appeal.
