Clayton Matheson Joins Hornberger Fuller Garza & Cohen

Hornberger Fuller & Garza Incorporated announced today that Clayton N. Matheson has joined the firm’s partnership. Matheson will be part of the firm’s Litigation and Trust & Estates sections.

Matheson comes to HFG to devote his considerable experience as a commercial litigator. He has particular expertise in insurance coverage and litigation matters, as well as fiduciary and trust litigation. He also has handled complex commercial arbitrations, as well as contract and intellectual property disputes in both state and federal courts across the country.

Before joining HFG, Matheson spent nearly eleven years at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. In 2017, he received the Outstanding Young Lawyer award from the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association. He also is very active in the community and serves on the Executive Committees of two San Antonio-based nonprofits.
